LENS’21: Personal Narratives In Video Art

SENKRON, which was held for the first time this year with exhibitions and events to be held simultaneously across Turkey, focuses on video art. It is a promising event in its field with the cooperation of art institutions and organizations from many cities of Turkey, especially Istanbul. Parallel to the physical/online exhibitions organized by participating art institutions and organizations within their own programs between April 15-30, it also includes speech series focusing on the works and research produced in this medium. As an art medium, SENKRON aims to make video visible in different places and invites art institutions and organizations working with different business models to act together in this difficult time. It aims to be an event where this unity and solidarity will continue by expanding its scope with wider participation in the coming years.
